We utilise practical approaches that build understanding, resilience, and healthier ways of working with people.

Equip your team with a practical framework for understanding and responding to complex behaviour.

Staff learn to recognise the impact of stress and trauma, regulate their own responses, and approach their work with greater clarity, curiosity, and confidence.

This leads to stronger self-reflection, clearer communication, more effective problem-solving, and a shared language for understanding behaviour.

The flow-on effect is improved client outcomes, reduced burnout, stronger team culture, and a more resilient, sustainable workforce.

Workshops

Great teams are built on trust, not just process. These creative, experiential workshops give participants the space to step out of routine thinking and leave with stronger communication, deeper insight, and a genuine sense of shared connection.

Therapy

These one-to-one online therapy sessions help adults move through stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm — using nervous system and body-based approaches to build real stability, clarity, and resilience.

Incredibly valuable for our team

The Moloney Consulting training has been incredibly valuable for our team at Common Ground Queensland. It has helped build staff confidence and provided practical tools that they are now using in their day-to-day work with clients experiencing complex challenges. We have seen a real positive impact in how staff engage with and support our tenants, strengthening the quality of support we are able to provide.

We consistently receive positive feedback and endorsement of Sonia's work from participants.

Sonia's adaptability and flexibility ensure that those in the room are included, heard and valued as participants in their own teaching and learning. I have also observed on several occasions her invitation to others to contribute their own expertise and experiences, especially in relation to culture and cultural practices for the benefit of the entire group. We consistently receive positive feedback and endorsement of Sonia's s work from participants. Her authenticity and warmth as a facilitator and educator, and her clear expertise make her such a pleasure to work with.
